It has been over two years since we first released AmaRadio.
Since then, AmaRadio has been downloaded by thousands of users, and has been featured on numerous sites including BizCommunity, Tectonic, IOL Technology, and MyBroadband.
We were extremely flattered to hear that AmaRadio was even recently included in a new book titled Great South African Inventions!
AmaRadio has been incredibly successful, and we have some big ideas for how it could be improved. But developing and maintaining software, especially something as involved as AmaRadio, requires money. To date we have been covering all costs ourselves, but we’d really like to find someone to help with this.
We’ve considered a number of ways in which to do this, and we’re open to suggestions. Ideally we’d like to continue offering AmaRadio as a free product, so we’re looking for someone who would like to add their backing (and logo) to the AmaRadio project.
AmaRadio is used by thousands of South Africans, who all have decent internet connections, spend a fair amount of time online, and are reasonably tech-savvy. AmaRadio is the first software of its kind (as far as we know), and is a funky, vibey product. Does this fit your brand / target market?
If you’re interested in assisting, or if you have any advice or suggestions as to who we should contact, please let us know.
