Following on from yesterday’s post, herewith some photographs of the StrategyOnline team (well, some of them) setting up our new offices.
This is what we were faced with when we moved in…
We decided to repaint the offices ourselves, as a sort of “team building” experience. Looking back, I’m not sure this was such a wise decision. It ended up taking us far longer than I anticipated. Doing this in Photoshop is a heck of a lot easier.
Here’s Roslyn working on the skirting boards. Notice the “South African Highland Dancing” shirt. When Ros isn’t heading up our web development team she runs around the country winning medals as a dancer!
And here’s a (slightly out of focus) photo of Shelley, trying to explain to the rest of us what she wants to see hanging on our newly painted walls. Shelley is a new addition to our team, I’ll introduce her officially in the next couple of days.
Ok, this one is of me. Yes, I’m lying in a box. No, I can’t explain why.
And in closing, here’s one at the end of day 3, showing some of the refreshments that we consumed while doing all the hard work.
Barbara, Dean and Heike also helped out with the renevation, but somehow managed to avoid being photographed. Thanks guys, you are all awesome! More pics and info to follow in the next post.
